1. Nature of the service
NYX Trading is a software automation tool that lets users observe or (in future releases) execute an AI-generated trading strategy on their own connected broker account. NYX is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, portfolio manager, or fund. NYX does not hold, touch, or have discretion over user funds.
2. No investment advice
All content, trade ideas, theses, signals, and AI-generated output are produced automatically by software for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on NYX constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, or offer to buy or sell any security. Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions.
3. Bring your own broker
Trading (when enabled) happens via the user's own connected broker account (e.g. Alpaca). The user retains full custody and control of funds at all times, and can revoke access keys at any moment. NYX never holds or transfers user funds.
4. AI limitations
The automated decisions rely on large language models and quantitative signals. These systems can produce incorrect, outdated, or misleading output. Past performance shown is from paper trading simulations and does not guarantee future results.
5. Eligibility
Service is offered globally except in jurisdictions sanctioned by the U.S., E.U., or United Arab Emirates. Users are responsible for complying with their local laws regarding algorithmic trading and broker account use.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NYX Intelligence, its operator entity in the UAE, and its affiliates are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is".
7. Data & privacy
Authentication is handled by Supabase. No trading-related personal data is sold. See our privacy commitments in the landing page footer.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are resolved in ADGM / DIFC courts where the operator entity is registered.
